These wheels are installed on desktop and vertical grinder and they are used for burring, grinding and dressing all types of materials. They are mainly divided into two categories, one is aluminum oxide used for grinding steel and metal, the other is silicon carbide used for grinding hard alloy and non-ferrous metals. These wheels can be inlaid with some plastics circle which fit various standard holes.

 

       Our factory is the first one that adopts multi-position and auto-mould pressing machine to produce vitrified grinding wheels among our country. The grinder wheels that we produce have reached international advanced level in the aspects of static imbalance rate, geometry size and linear speed.
